Wonder What To Eat?



 Spiced Butternut Squash and Apple Soup
On a quest to eat healthier  I decided to try a new recipe every week. This week I made a delicious soup, found here. Instead of cloves I added nutmeg. Yummy. I loved the soup and it's creamy goodness without actually having to add cream. Another great result of my soup day was I learned how to cut a butternut squash. That was a pretty daunting task. This is definitely worth a try, I will be making this soup all winter.
